Without documents, the assessor applies unfavourable default values. Here are the 8 documents you should have ready:

Building plans Architectural plans showing surface areas and wall thicknesses
Insulation invoices Roof, walls, floors, windows (with technical data sheets)
Technical data sheets for materials Lambda value of insulation material, glazing type
Heating compliance certificate Boiler type, output, year of installation
