EPC Obligations for Co-ownership in Brussels

In the Brussels-Capital Region, each dwelling within a co-ownership must have its own EPC certificate, both for sale and for rental. The building manager (syndic) or the Owners' Association can order certification for the entire building, simplifying administration for all co-owners.
