Four professions, one shared obligation: a valid EPC certificate from the moment a property is put up for sale or rent. The Pro Space replaces calls and emails with online ordering, tracking per property and clear invoicing.

A transparent price
The pro price is the public price, VAT included, known before the visit: from €125 per unit (studio). Building: 2 units €305, 3 units €555, 4 units €685, 5 units or more by quote. No commission, no commitment.
Frequently asked questions
Can a certified EPC assessor open a pro account for an agency or a syndic?
Yes. The AL Energy pro account is free: sign up online in one minute and activate it via the link sent by email; or our team opens it for you over the phone with a temporary password, active immediately. It brings all your company's properties together in a single space.
Can several EPC certificates be ordered at once in Brussels?
Yes. The Pro Space lets you order several properties in a single order, with one visit slot per property booked in the assessors' calendar. You can also import your list of properties from an Excel file. Each order gives rise to one invoice.
Who pays for the EPC certificate: the agency, the seller or the syndic?
The cost of the EPC certificate is borne by the seller or the landlord, never by the buyer or the tenant, as Brussels Environment points out. In the Pro Space, you choose the invoice recipient: your company or the end client (seller, landlord, co-ownership).
Must the EPC certificate be available before the first listing?
Yes. In Brussels, the EPC certificate must be drawn up before the property is put on the market, and the energy class must be stated in every listing, according to Brussels Environment. Book the visit as soon as you receive the mandate: certificate encoded on site, PDF sent the same day.
